A Letter from Jess, Founder and Pet Care Provider
I founded Purrfect Tails Pet Care, LLC in 2022 with a simple mission—to provide exceptional care for every pet, especially those who need a little extra patience and understanding. I've always had a deep love for animals, particularly those that others may shy away from. My experience caring for my own “high-maintenance” kitties, working in rescue and veterinary settings, and handling large exotic wild cats has uniquely equipped me to offer compassionate and skilled pet care.
Today, Purrfect Tails Pet Care is a dedicated team of caregivers who treat your pets as if they were their own. Our experience spans a wide range of animals, including cats, dogs, horses, birds, hamsters, guinea pigs, rats, bearded dragons, chameleons, snakes, turtles, and fish. We understand the deep bond between pets and their owners and are committed to providing reliable, loving care when you need it most.
Based in Rochester, NY, we proudly serve the surrounding communities, including Brighton, Greece, Hilton, Gates, Chili, Pittsford, Penfield, Victor, Fairport, Mendon, Henrietta, Webster, and Irondequoit.
